We believe in our usenet service, so we do not offer a trial. However, you can cancel your first paid flat subscription for free within 7 days, guaranteed!
Upgrading your Usenetdeal account can take up to 30 minutes to process. If you are still experiencing issues after the 30 minutes, please please don't hesitate to mail us
Prepaid products are block accounts and are paid upfront. When you purchase a prepaid block account from us, it remains active until the block is used up or until the end date has passed. Prepaid block accounts do not renew automatically.
Flat accounts are always subscriptions. When choosing a flat account, you must give explicit consent on the checkout page to start a subscription (for example by actively selecting the option to renew automatically). If you provide this consent, your flat account will be renewed automatically for the term you selected. Within 7 days before the end of the term, we will automatically attempt to collect the payment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the member panel on our website. A minimum notice period of 40 days applies to prevent automatic renewal.
Please note: cancellation is not possible while a payment collection is in progress. During this period, the payment is being processed between the customer, the payment provider, and our system. If a collection has already started, the cancellation is too late for that renewal period.
